Meetings & Events

Among the topics to be covered are the duties and responsibilities of elected officials; introduction to city government; roles of the mayor, council, and commissioners, and budgeting and financial management. Presentations will be made by AACOG representatives, attorneys from Denton, Navarro, Rocha, Bernal and Zech, P.C., and seasoned elected officials. Attendance is free; however, registration is required.

All AACOG member government officials are invited to attend.
